Paul-Jules Muteau (1856-1927) left in 1926, in addition to beautiful works of art in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, an important donation to the Hôtel-Dieu.
Situation géographique et terroir
A former student of the Cadre Noir in Saumur, a Cavalry Officer promoted General in 1914, a Staff Officer under General Foch during the First Wold War, Grand Cross of the Legion of Honour, decorated with the Croix de Guerre, Paul-Jules Muteau (1856-1927) left in 1926, in addition to beautiful works of art in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, an important donation to the Hôtel-Dieu. The Cuvée is composed of five parcels of Volnay Premier Crus among the best placed.

Traditional in oak barrels, fermentation malolactic at 100%
